Recommendations & outcomes

Recommendation: Full-funnel structure

Build a full-funnel structure balancing reach, engagement, and subscription objectives.

Outcome

Applied: but by design, not evenly balanced. Spend is split by a set ratio prioritising subscriptions over other objectives, which is why subscriptions exceeded target (2,832 vs. 2,000) while engagement came in under target (98,100 vs. 126,667): a deliberate weighting, not a gap in execution.

Recommendation: Content format

Continue interactive content formats (furniture setup tutorials, benefit-led/demonstration messaging).

Outcome

Results have stayed largely flat: the current product-showcase-style videos (no on-camera presenter) aren't landing strongly with the audience. Next step: shift to human-led content: influencers/presenters shown using and demonstrating the products, rather than product-only footage.
